    If the company has multiple directors, you only need to provide details for one.
  • Must be a residential address. PO Boxes not accepted.

  • Our standard hours are 9:00am am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. If you require support outside of these hours, we can customise a support plan to suit your specific needs. Fair Use Policy Phone & Remote Support is provided without any set limit, however there are certain issues that cannot be addressed remotely due to the type of fault, or the amount of time required to address the issue remotely (i.e. computers that are not turning on). In these situations, on-site service would be required. As we are aiming to provide all our clients with fast support and problem resolutions, we may not be able to assist with administrative computer tasks or staff training as part of our business support services. If we are unable to assist you with these tasks we can book you an onsite appointment for dedicated hands on assistance.
