  • Restart the Computer

    Disconnect any USB Flash Drives or Hard Drives, Printers or other USB accessories

  • Restart your Router

    Restarting your router can assist with networking and internet related issues, including email connectivity problems

Internet / Email Troubleshooting

  • Restart your Router

    To restart your router, simply unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cord.

  • Restart your PC

    Restart your PC or any other devices experiencing connectivity issues

  • Call your Internet Provider

    If you’ve restarted both your Router and PC and waited 5 to 10 minutes, you may be impacted by an NBN or Internet Provider outage. Call your Internet Provider or visit their status page from your smartphone.
